S-PAN PANEL FORMWORK

Steelpan Universal is a steel framed, plywood surface panel formwork system that can be transported by crane. The Steelpan Universal system is generally suitable for use in column manufacturing. The system consists of 120/60mm closed sections with special shaped profiles. 21mm plywood is used on the surface of the panels. The fresh concrete compressive strength of the system is 80 kN/m².

Square and rectangular column formwork are practically obtained at the desired size with 5 cm anchor holes on the panels of the universal system. Panels are ready for use, no assembly and preparation time is required. As soon as the materials arrive at the construction site, they can be installed and concrete can be poured. By using standard panels of different widths and lengths horizontally and vertically, walls and column formwork of any desired size are obtained. Since the formwork installation and dismantling is practical, it saves labor time. The panels can be locked at any point due to the outer profile and connection lock. The panels are locked to each other with a hammer with a special lock form and during panel removal the cast steel corner wedges facilitate the removal of panels, levers, sledgehammers, etc. As it provides protection against impacts.

Panel widths are produced as 30-45-60-75-90-105-120-240 and heights like 60-90-120-150-180-210-240-270-300-330cm. Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied to Steelpan panels. Our steel products are dipped and painted. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards

SYSTEM FEATURES

• It does not require assembly, the material is ready for use as soon as it lands on the construction site.
• The profiles that make up the panel frame add strength to the panels and ensure the longevity of the panels.
• Few locks are sufficient for panel combinations. This shortens the formwork set up and dismantling labor times.
• The slot on the frame profile creates a surface for the plywood to sit on and protects the edges of the plywood from impacts by wrapping the plywood all around.

• 18mm and 21mm plywood can be used in panels.
