Woodsteel Sıngle Sıded Formwork

Single sided formwork system is a bracing system that can be used with Woodsteel and Steelpan wall and column formworks. This Formwork System is used in reinforced concrete structures such as retaining walls, thick shears, dam structures, where mutual shearing cannot be installed and anchoring is not possible. Formwork and plumb struts are exposed to high concrete pressure. In some cases, it is not possible to install wall and column formwork with double surfaces. In this type of application, a single-sided buttress system is used to make the system safer and more durable.
Taking into account the height and thickness of the wall, the distance between the piers and the support type is determined according to the concrete pressure. At heights up to 400cm, a single-sided system with buttresses can be made. By changing the strut set as a truss system, one-sided concrete casting can be made up to 800 cm high. For longer wall sizes, the system can be climbed or special production truss buttresses can be manufactured. Single sided wall Formwork System can become climbable with climbing equipment and accessories as fresh concrete pressure is transmitted to the climbing console with the help of vertical walers and struts and permanent anchors take the load from the climbing console.
Formwork circulation is ensured by moving the system in one piece without being disassembled after the first installation phase. Our steel products are dipped and painted. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
SYSTEM FEATURES
- The system is designed according to the fresh concrete pressure of 80 kN/m²
- Our steel products are dipped and painted. In addition, upon request, the products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
- It is suitable for use in dams, insulated walls, walls where only one-sided formwork can be used due to space problems, as sometimes the walls are too thick to use anchor rods.
