Woodsteel Wall Formwork

Woodsteel system is a formwork system that is transported by crane and consists of 3 main elements: plywood, H20 wooden beam and steel waler. H20 wooden beams used in the vertical direction of the system are produced according to EN 13377 standards. Woodsteel Wooden Beam Formwork System, H20 Wooden beams can be added to each other and adjusted to any height. It is a flexible system that can be adapted to different projects and strengths. Residential construction, industrial construction, stadium construction, infrastructure construction, retaining walls, AVM, hotel construction etc. It can be used for shear walls and column formwork in projects.
Project solutions are made considering the maximum 50 kN/m² fresh concrete pressure in the Woodsteel system wall formworks and the maximum 80 kN/m² fresh concrete pressure in the column formworks. In the Woodsteel system, it is possible to design the system according to the concrete pressures and casting speeds by increasing or decreasing the number of H20 beams in the vertical direction, by increasing or decreasing the number of steel curtain waler in the horizontal direction. Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in the manufacture of our materials.
Our steel products are dipped and painted. In case of demand, our products can be dip galvanized in accordance with TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
SYSTEM FEATURES
- In the Woodsteel system, the panels prepared at the beginning of the project are easily moved by the crane without being dismantled until the end of the project, thus saving labor and time.
- Panels of different lengths and widths can be created with the same elements.
- Woodsteel system is a system suitable for use in another project after the project you have purchased is completed.
- Steel walers are produced automatically by arc welding robotic machines.
- Since the formwork surface can be wide and flat in plywood size, a smooth concrete surface is obtained.
